Vintage round curry comb for horses. Handle is wood and comb is steel. Measures approximately 4" round x 9" long. Has some age patina, but is still in excellent working condition. Came from an estate barn where most of the stuff was from the 1940s-1950s, so I’m guessing this item is too. Ready to use, or great for farmhouse or barn décor.

Item Condition
I (the owner) am by no means an expert on many of the items that I list, so unless an item is specifically stated as being graded by a professional grading company, all item conditions are based on my judgement, research and common sense.

We set our listings in at a fair price based on item research and comparison. Most of our items listed are open to negotiation, even if there is no
“BEST OFFER”
option, so don’t hesitate to email us if you are interested. We will entertain any “best offer” and will almost never refuse one that is reasonable.
Just to be clear, offering 0 for an item listed at 0 when other identical items have sold for 0 is
not
reasonable. An offer of 5 would be reasonable.
Photography
I (the owner) only use pictures I take myself, never stock photos.

The one exception is if I have more than one of the same items for sale and the descriptions and conditions are so similar that taking pictures of each one would be pointless. If it's not in the pictures, don't assume that it will be in the box.
Feedback
Feedback is very important to and valued by our company. We appreciate, read and respond to every feedback as time allows. We have sold over 1000 items in our active time on eBay and to date, have received about 10% feedback. Please remember that feedback is a two-way street and we appreciate getting good feedback as much as you do. Additionally, if you have a problem that is our fault (see refund & Return policy), please contact us before jumping the gun and leaving negative feedback. We will at least try to work something out.
Domestic Shipping
Our handling time is listed as 1 day in case of unforeseen events, but normally, we will ship your item within a couple hours of receiving payment or the next morning if the auction ends late. We also try to combine shipping when possible. If you intend to purchase more than one item, contact us for updated shipping charges
before
paying or it could go unnoticed.
We try to ship USPS Priority when we can because we save money by getting the boxes for free and oftentimes the shipping cost is only a few cents more than Economy or First Class and you will get your item faster.

Please understand that shipping costs are more than just postage. We pack as light but as securely as we can and offer various shipping methods to keep costs low. There is a small handling charge (average is ) to cover the cost of the box and materials.

jack up shipping rates to help offset eBay’s fees.
eBay charges us a commission percentage for selling the item just like any auction barn would. Those fees are our problem, not yours.
International Shipping
We typically do not ship internationally. However, if you are interested in an item, contact us and if your country’s laws allow the item in question, we will update our shipping policy for you. International buyers are responsible for all Duties and Customs Fees associated with the receiving of purchased items. These fees are

in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We cannot and will not mark merchandise below value or mark items as "gifts". U.S. Government regulations prohibit this. In other words, I WILL NOT take a risk for you in order to make a sale or so that you can get a discount!
Unfortunately, international shipping is often quite expensive, we can't help that.
Refunds & Returns
Our merchandise is often antique or vintage and is sold

, because many items of that age will often have some defects and/or flaws and we typically do not offer refunds. I am an honest and reasonable person and I run an honest company, but

means exactly that...the photographs and description tell the story.
Just as a note, the description IS NOT the title bar, which is filled with similar keywords to help attract buyers to the seller’s listing. This is not unethical nor misleading, and many sellers including me will do this from time to time. So please don’t jump the gun and buy something without reading the detailed description on the actual page. You

get your money back. The bottom line is:
IF YOU DON’T WANT TO TAKE A CHANCE, THEN DON’T BUY IT!
However, if you wish to return an item because of our fault (misleading description, forgot to mention testing or condition, damage not photographed, etc.), Please contact me promptly and we will get the problem resolved whether via refund, exchange, or discount.
In the event of a return, I will

charge a restocking fee. That is a BS charge to make money. It doesn’t cost anything to put an item back on a shelf. When returning an item for refund, please be aware that you will be refunded the purchase price plus shipping, However, you are responsible for any and all shipping charges including insurance when returning the item.
