Condition: USED... All three pieces exhibit excellent coloration; with a few touches of minor discoloration/staining. All have been folded. The two on "President of the United States..." letterhead have two pinholes--staple marks--near the upper left-hand corner. The piece on "Governor of... Kansas" letterhead has a small tear at upper-right corner where it looks as if there was once a staple.
