Japanese Meiji Period Imari Porcelain Charger w/ Characters & Flowers
This wonderful Japanese imari charger is decorated with a vase of flowers encircled with characters along with enamel and gold gilt designs. The reverse is decorated with under glaze blue designs. It is signed on the reverse and dates from the Meiji period. It measures approximately 17 + 7/8 inches in diameter. It is in excellent condition with the exception of wear on the gilt and enamel.
